Southern Pines Public Library
I have created characters and designs for my work as a librarian at the Southern Pines Public Library. SPARK is the mascot for the 24/7 Library Kiosk, a machine that allows library patrons to check out items with their library card any time of day or night. I wanted the machine to look friendly and inviting to patrons, especially kids!
The SPARK design elements adorn all sides of the machine.

Shelf Life Newsletter
I illustrated this banner for SPPL’s monthly newsletter, Shelf Life. I wanted to strike a cozy and inviting tone so that readers can feel like they’re sitting down by the fire with a cup of tea and a good stack of books every time they read!
Growing Your Reader @ The Library
I created these illustrations for a new promotional campaign in 2019. The Library has a thriving Early Literacy program and these images were created to help brand and define the different programs so that parents and caregivers would know which programs work best for their children. This campaign, created in collaboration with our current director, won the Small Library Promotional Public Relations Award from NCPLDA.
